We recently got new Carpet and Miguel and his staff were wonderful. The estimate appointment was very easy and informative. I was given many options and they explained the benefits of each one. We needed to replace carpet and install wood floor in our dining room. I called 5 different companies to price the floor and carpet we wanted. Good move carpet with blue stain master pad and 3/4 inch Hallmark Hickory hard wood with aquabar "B" underlayment. Miguel is the owner of Best Buy Floors in Redmond. He personally came out and measured our home for the project. You will love him. He is quite a guy. Miguel emailed the written proposal the next day. We were in a hurry to have the carpet and floor installed by Thanksgiving. Miguel had the wood and carpet ready to install within 3 days of our acceptance of his proposal. This was unbelievable! Everyone else needed 2-4 weeks. Miguel's guys installed the wood floor in the morning and the carpet in the afternoon. We are very please with the finished product. Miguel personally answered his phone for all of our questions. His price was much better per square/yard and foot than "all" of the local competitors. We will hire Miguel and tell all of our friends about him.
